We have made an application to purchase an ex local authority property though aldermore. Having read though posts on here it seems aldermore do not like this kind of property.
Does anyone have any experience of purchasing an ex local authority though aldermore. Their criteria states that is fine as long as their is a meaningfull number of privately owned properties. This will be down to the valuer.
The house we are buying is on an estate with 49 properties of which 17 are owned.
