Has anyone else suffered (as we have) when Lloyds decided to replace the Sentinel Card Protection benefit (one of the benefits of a fee paying Gold Account) to another provider, Card Loss Assistance on 7 February 2016?

Lloyds said the all details already registered with Sentinel Card Protection would be securely moved across to tCard Loss Assistance service. That did not happen in our case.

We have been battling with Lloyds for a year now (and it has been with the Ombudsman for over six months) to find out what happened to all our missing details. We have had evasion, denial and contradictory answers from Lloyds. However, in November 2016 they at last admitted that there had been a problem affecting Joint Gold Account Holders,

We are very worried about what happened and do not seem able to get the whole story from Lloyds about the security of our missing details.

Are there any other Lloyds Joint Gold Account Holders reading this who have had a similar experience with Lloyds?

In terms of worry, is the issue that your details aren't registered in the new company's system (inconvenient admin hitch) or that there is some evidence of data leakage to unauthorised personnel (in the sense of security/confidentiality risk)?
