Hi there

Just wondered if Leeds sends anything out or makes contact to say that they have received the signed mortgage offer?

Sent back last week and there has been no word from them. Will the solicitor just deal with them now and advise them of date of entry etc?

I know this part of the forum is usually used for mortgages, but I was hoping someone on here could help me as I genuinely don't think I'd have been able to do an execution only mortgage without this page! So mortgage offer was accepted, we received the email Wednesday, solicitor received it in the ...

put in a written request, had his manager sign it to say it was coming from him, on RM headed paper and faxed from a RM fax machine and this morning have been told they can not breach policy and can not confirm this information . Manager has assured him that they are not getting rid of him or anythi...

So tomorrow he can contact his lawyer and say, if like to move on X date and then his lawyer will speak to the seller (who's eager to move) and they agree and that's it? On the letter from the lift scheme it says they need at least 4 weeks notice of date of entry to ensure funds are released in time...

Now he has sent over an email with the amended amounts will they pick it up?

He sent a written request to HR today to release the information.

Where do I go now? dk5294

Just a case of sitting back and letting the lawyer do what he has to or does this need to be pushed. Naturally husband wants to move...

He has given a full breakdown of his pay to LBS - (hr confirmed this for him) he had previously used a broker and used the figures they put down when applying before and it turns out it is about £450 more than he actually earns so that may...

We don't have many lenders to choose from as it's a shared equity lender we need. A lot do help to buy but not the LIFT scheme. Another complication is my husbands hours went up and he received a contract to say this, but they've said it's a temporary change but there is no end date. We were advised...

Spoke to Leeds regarding the possibility that HR may refuse to give them information (they say even a written request would be breach of DPA as legally they don't have to disclose the information) and they have just said, "we've requested the information and we'll see what happens." This i...

Leeds said they were unable to electronically verify income so needed an employers reference and had contacted them to confirm salary. Husband is paid hourly on a weekly basis, set minimum hours obviously disclosed to Leeds and then additional to make it up. Leeds are the last shared equity provider...
